One target gives a more realistic effect, due to imitating natural head movement 

Because of the mobility available with the Assault ball, the boxer can work from all situations and angles, from working off the back foot or on the front foot, to learning which punches & combinations work best from various positions

With the Assault Ball, you can mimic the movements of different styles;

Classic Mexican Style - front foot, constant pressure 

Mayweather Style - back foot looking to counter

Mike Tyson Style - Peekaboo, Bobbing & Weaving 

Classic Amateur Style - Bouncing in & out on balls of feet
